Are the pieces one of a kind?
Yes. Every vase and every canvas is made by hand and exists only once. Art prints are available as reproductions.
Shipping
Where do you deliver and what does shipping cost?
We deliver from Vienna to Austria, the EU and Switzerland. Shipping costs depend on the type and weight of the parcel and are shown in the basket before you pay. You can find out more under Shipping & delivery.
How is a fragile piece packed?
Vases and glass pieces are individually cushioned, and canvases and prints are shipped with edge protection. You will receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
Care
How do I care for a painted piece?
Clean painted surfaces only with a soft, dry cloth, and avoid cleaning products and direct sunlight over long periods. We are happy to tell you whether your vase is suitable for water or fresh flowers; simply write to us.
How do I wash the fabric bag?
Please wash by hand only, in lukewarm water. It may shrink in the washing machine.
Commissions
Can I order a personal piece?
With pleasure. Write to us via the contact page with the text you would like, your preferred format and your timeframe. We will discuss the design, price and production time with you before we begin.
Can I return a commission?
As it is made to your wishes, a commission is excluded from the right of withdrawal. In the event of defects, the statutory warranty of course applies.
Workshops
Do I need any prior experience?
No. Our calligraphy workshops in Vienna are open to everyone, and you do not need any prior experience.
How do I book a place?
You book by purchasing a ticket for your chosen date in the shop. Places are limited and are allocated in the order in which bookings are received.
What is included and how long does a workshop last?
All materials as well as snacks and drinks are included. A workshop lasts 4 hours. You will find dates and prices on each workshop's page.
What happens if I cannot come?
Please get in touch with us as early as possible and we will find a solution together.
Returns
Can I return a piece?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt. You can read everything about this under Returns & refunds and in the withdrawal information.
