Each piece is handmade and carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Should something still not be right, we are happy to help you.
Returns within 14 days
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. You will find all the details in our withdrawal policy, where you can also submit your withdrawal directly online.
How returns work
- Let us know about your withdrawal, via the online form or by email to arasyemsart@gmail.com.
- Pack the artwork securely in its original packaging.
- Send it to: arasyemsArt, Meysara Majdoub, Kempelengasse 1, 1100 Wien, Austria.
You bear the cost of the return shipment. We recommend insured shipping with tracking, as ceramics and glass are fragile.
Refund
As soon as the goods have arrived with us, we will refund the purchase price, including the standard shipping costs, within 14 days via the original payment method.
Arrived damaged?
Please photograph the piece and the packaging and write to us as soon as possible after receipt. Together we will find a solution. Your statutory two-year warranty remains unaffected.

- Personalised pieces, e.g. vases engraved with names
- Workshop bookings for a fixed date
