Behind every letter, a person
Arasyems is an anagram: the name is made from the letters of Meysara, the artist behind the brand. Since 2022, vases, canvases and art prints with Arabic calligraphy have been created in Vienna, each piece with a story.

The story
A language for what words alone cannot say
After around ten years in law, focusing on human rights and anti-racism work, Meysara found a new language in art. Calligraphy became self-expression for her, and a source of strength and healing.
In 2022 she founded Arasyems Art in Vienna to share this experience: creativity, resilience and hope, translated into vases, canvases and art prints.
On 21 October 2023 Arasyems celebrated its first exhibition and the launch of its website at the Afro-Asian Institute in Vienna.
