Your right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a person named by you (other than the carrier) received the goods. If parts of an order are delivered separately, the receipt of the last part counts.

How to declare your withdrawal

Inform us of your decision clearly, for example by email or letter, or using the form at the bottom of this page. You may use the model form for this, but you do not have to. It is sufficient for you to send your notice before the 14 days have expired.

Once we have received your withdrawal, we will confirm receipt by email.

What happens after the withdrawal

We will refund all payments to you, including the costs of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We do not refund additional costs for a more expensive type of delivery chosen by you. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged any fees for this. We may withhold the refund until the goods have arrived back with us or you have provided proof that you have sent them.

Please return the goods in their original packaging to the address above no later than 14 days after your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics and functioning.

When there is no right of withdrawal

Commissions: Works made to your personal specifications (e.g. a name, a text of your choice or a custom-made piece) are excluded from withdrawal.
Workshops: There is no right of withdrawal for workshops held on a fixed date, as they are leisure services with a fixed date.
